* To reach 180 -200 by 7/31,"2010"! (my b-day)!
* To be a size "18" by by anniversary - Valentine's Day. My anniversary is 2 days before Valentine's Day.
*To lose 3-5 lbs. a month
1.) Stay within my calorie range(1800 calories )
2.)1-1 1/2 hrs. of exercise(including strength training)
Cardio-(Mon-Sat ) Strength train-(Mon, Wednes., & Fri..)
3.) Take time out for" me time"even if it's only 30 min.
4.)Try to drink a gallon of water everyday.
5.)Check-in daily or weekly to SparkPage. and blog at least once a week.
6.)Do challenges on "All" my Teams ,if attainable to do
7.) Sunday is generally Rest day and time to Recouperate!And focus on the week ahead , but I need to do at least 30-minutes of some form of exrcise, even if it's just a brisk walk.
8.)Work on burning at least 500+ calories a day ,to obtain a 1- 2 lb. weight-loss every week.
9.)Dont forget to Warm up for 10-minutes before a workout and Cool down for at least 10-minutes after exercising.
10.)Dont forget to switch up exercises every 6-weeks(never constantly do the same one's over and over again)
Need to change up to avoid a plateau.
1.) Find some me time , for me(Beautify and reflect ).
2.)Always Challenge myself , Push myself , "I Can Do This " !
3.)Exercise harder, add that extra 10-minutes , But dont over-exert myself .
4.)Stay focus! Keep my eye on the Prize!that size "18"
5.)Live life to the fullest ,"Life is an adventure,Go ahead and explore " !
6.)Get up and get moving "Everyday" even if I have no where to go .

1.Make my health my #1 priority !
2.Post daily or weekly to account for my actions.
3.Eat more fruit,veggies, and salads.
4.Stay away from processed foods as much as possible.
5.Avoid stress-related situations
6.Exercise twice a day if possible.
7.Add extra weights to my Strength Training routines
8.Absolutely "No" fast foods"At All" !
9. Buy me a size "18" goal outfit, 2 dresses, a red one and black one.
1.) 30- Day "Fitness Challenge" ! I found on about.com.
2.) WII Fit- 5 days a week ! mon,tues, wednes,fri.and sat.
3.) Walk- for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week.And when it's ugly outside, I'll do my walk-at-home 5k dvd ( with leslie sansone).
4. ) Weight Training- 45min.-1 hr.
5. ) Challenges from my Spark Teams. I'll just add the challenges to my regular workouts, so as I wont over-exert myself and repeat the same one's over again.
I was a homebody who needed more outdoor time. And Sparkpeople helped me to get up off the couch and re-enter the real world. True I'm on a bowling league that I truly enjoy, but I still was a homebody. Now I'm "Moving More, And Eating Less" !
Thanks to this site and the wonderful people I've met along the way. I've realized that there's more to life than sitting in the house waiting for life to come to me, I've decided to get out and take life my the hand, and enjoy it.
