New Year = Fresh Start in Many Ways

I am a single mom of 2 beautiful & wonderful boys, ages 12& 10. I ever struggled with my weight, I just lived with it and accepted it. I was overweight since since fifth grade. In the fall of 2001, I decided I can no longer live this way. I have been on a weight loss journey ever since and overall I have kept off over 120bs! In 2012, I plan to lose the 35 lbs that I have yo-yo'd with the past 3 years! I'm running in the my 3rd Half Marathon on Feb. 26th (Disney Princess) and hope ths ...

I am from NJ and lived here all my life. I love spending as much time as I can at the Jersey shore. I enjoy watching the Phillies. I love watching my boys play sports as well. My favorite forms of exercise is road biking, spin class and running~ well sort of running :) I also just discovered HOT YOGA~
