Tired of Yo-Yo-ing!

Hi There!
I'm Sara from SoCal and I'm tired of yo-yo dieting. I'm also tired of seeing my weight going bonkers all over the scale. I've pretty much tried all the fad diets and finally accepted the fact that there's just no short cut with long lasting results *Sigh*. So the hard/proper way it is lol.
I want to get back down to a healthy weight, feel great and energized!

OK, I know I'm asking before I even go on the website...but coffee with butter and coconut oil??

I have issues falling asleep, (plus heartburn) so I don't know about having coffee throughout the day LOL

Omygosh girlfriend!...you are doing just fantastic with the weight loss!!
I have to know...what are your motivation secrets?!
I've been eating out way too much with my mom being available to go out all the time (newly retired), and me without a 9-5 job right now to keep me away from lunches out with her.

Are you still sticking with paleo? I think I need another Whole 30, but I've been thinking of doing the 21-day sugar detox after that. Do you have the Practical Paleo cookbook?

Thanks for the snowman! It is raining out and all the snow is melting where I live. I was so hoping for a White Christmas for the children and the young at heart!
