To the start of a new BEGINNING!

My name is Kara, I am 20 years old and I have been trying to lose weight for a while, and I am still trying to find ways on how to lose weight and keep it off. I fail each time. I am 5'5" and I weigh overall, WAY too much! My overall goal is to be 135-145 lbs. My first goal however is to get under 200 lb!

Process of achievement!
I have decided that for each big "weight goal marker" I will reward myself with something. Whether it be small or big.

My Goals:
~Lose 130-140 Pounds Total
~Be more Energetic
~Eat Less
~See the floor/my feet when I look down
~ Fit more comfortably with a seat belt
~Have my ankles hurt less after being on them for a while
~Fit into a tub comfortably (be able to soak)
~Fit into the bird aviary at work
~Eat healthy
~Drink little to no soda
~Drink at least 100 oz water each day
~Build upper body strength
~Fit a towel all of the way around me
~Not worry about weight limits
~Feel comfortable in jeans again

Hi, my name is Kara. I am about 5'5", and I weigh WAY too much. I am 20 years of age and I live in Illinois. I am married to the love of my life, Will. I am in love with animals, I am a HUGE animal person. I have 2 guinea pigs, Shadow and Ginger. Panda is my nickname. I am a pretty cool person once you get to know me. I am willing to listen, and always willing to give advice. I love helping people.I am pretty easy to get along with, I can definitely make friends easily. However, I am shy quite often, but once I gert past that shyness I am pretty open. I am very down to earth. I will say anything that needs to be said, within reason. I am pretty crazy, I am always trying new things. I can be a super fun person. I can be a very good, trustworthy friend, unless you get on my bad side. Even if you do get on my bad side, I will always find a way to fix it, because forgiveness is in my nature. Well, I cannot really think of anything else to put, even though I feel like I am missing something

Other Information:
I love drawing, listening to music, swimming and taking walks. I love outdoorsy adventures such as hiking, camping and fishing. I love rock, and metal music. I have way to many movie to choose a favorite, however my favorite TV show is Roswell. My favorite animal is the Panda.
