My Goals:
My goals are to work out at least 5 days per week. I take walks at the gym and outside with 2 exercise buddies who are WONDERFUL! I also meet with a trainer once a week to target problem areas~ thank you, Kylie! I have struggled with my weight for so long and after having my 2 children, I have more of a weight problem than I had ever imagined. I blamed the 2 c-sections for TOO LONG! It is time for me to get this weight off FOR GOOD! When I turn 40~ I want to be healthy and active... I want to take on the world! I want my 40's to be a time of doing things that I have never been able to do before and going places that I have never been before. It is time for me to become that butterfly that lives inside of me!!! :o)

Hey you! Where have ya' been? I know same problem, the sun has been shining! Stay strong, keep up your goals...progress will show! You can do this, have doubts...remember your son Josiah?? Remember when he was in the womb?? I know you do...SO IF YOU CAN DO THAT, OH LORD HAVE MERCY, GIRL YOU CAN DO ANYTHING!!!!
