Hey, How have you been? I am fine. Yes, I have found someone to exercise with but I have not been doing my part. I need to get back on track.

Thanks for your message! I'm working on Step 5 with my accountability partner. We started the steps last summer as our CR group had only started the end of January and there weren't any step groups yet. We're doing it with just the two of us so we meet when we can & we're definitely taking the long way of getting it done! I'm just glad step 4 is over! There are 4 step groups now & they're going through it much faster than we are! Actually I'm glad to do it this way. It makes the lessons sink in better when I'm not under the gun to get it done! As a leadership team we did all 12 steps in 6 weeks to get an overview before our CR started. All we got was a taste of it & this slow way is marvelous! We're meeting tomorrow to work on it and have lunch together. It's great to have a new BFF (as the kids would say). We certainly know all about each other :o)
Are you in a step study?

Hello there,
You're doing very well on your journey. Good to see that hard work does pay off.
I seem to fail in the longevity department. I'm trying to change that.

Go to my blog entry from April and there is a link to amazon to see the title of the book. I don't know that the exact book is in print still though. It's very good!
