My Goals:
Each week remain consistent to measuring and weighing in each Monday regardless how the week goes for my own accountability.



My Program:
Drink 64oz - H2O per day

-Do at least 20 minutes of some type of exercise (in addition to walking) at least 3 days a week to start.

- Eat 3 balanced, lean meals and 2 healthy snacks per day.

-Limit fat, sugar and fried foods!

Personal Information:
Putting God first and He will take care of the rest. I am so glad God doesn't give up on us.

Hey Blessed, Great hearing from you! I was wondering if any of my old buddies were still around. I am glad to see you are still healthy and happy. Like you, I am not giving up. I take it one day at a time. I am committed to being the best person I can be an to set a good example for my son. For example, this past weekend I ran around the track while he rode his bike.
I hope you have a blessed birthday! The 40s are turning out to be great and I know they will be for you too.

BTW, Your wallpaper is an adorable picture of your daughter. She is turning into a beautiful young lady.

You are doing so well! At the rate you are going I can only imagine how good you are going to feel about yourself this Summer! I am doing pretty well too. I am slowly dropping pounds (4 from my highest in February) but I really want to drop at least another 7 before my first overseas trip to Spain in April! I just want to feel comfortable in my skin while I take in the sights.It's my last year in my 30s and I want to move into the new decade feeling good about myself. Do you have a goal to motivate you? let's keep this going. We can do it!

Yay, you are back! I am so glad you are committing yourself to living a healthy lifestyle again. It doesn't matter how long it takes as long as you don't give up. So, I just saw your post today and I realize I was supposed to hear back from you yesterday. So what's up with that? lol I check in once a week but I will make sure I check on Tuesdays from now on.
BTW, I am trying to lose 10 I gained back over the course of a year. I have vacation coming up so I am motivated. Lets keep each other accountable.

GURL CONGRATULATIONS ON LOSIN THE 23 POUNDS SO FAR. I JUST LOST LIKE 31 NOW DOWN TO 271. MID JUNE I WAS 302 POUNDS GURL.
