ONEDERLAND, BABY!!!! 9/20/2011
Greetings. I'm a tabletop, PC, and Xbox 360 gamer and a former LARPer. I work as a product development engineer / electron microscopist at Intel in Oregon.
Weight has been a problem for me ever since college (University of Illinois anyone?). I never dropped the freshman 15 - became the "undergraduate 65" - and over the course of two jobs in Idaho and Oregon I "blossomed" to over 315 lbs. That's all gotta change now.

My goals are to lose 166 pounds, feel better, look better, and improve my self-esteem and self-confidence.
My Program:
Still following Paul McKenna's eating philosophy with various degrees of enthusiasm. It definitely works for me - out of the ~118lbs gone, 83 of them were while practicing conscious eating.
