My Goals:
* 2 miles under 15:00 by February
* 15% body-fat by May
* 10 continuous pull-ups by May
* Half Ironman under 5:30 by end of summer

My Program:
Working to cut fat so I can see those muscles I've worked so hard to build! To do this, I plan on exercising a lot (partially to get ready for triathlon season) and eating only nutritious foods, especially veggies!

Other Information:
"There was never a workout that I came from disappointed, thinking, 'man, I really wished I hadn't worked out today.' But whenever I skip a workout, I am ALWAYS disappointed."
