Fit for life!!!

So tomorrow Feb 21st will mark my 1st anniversary of committing myself wholeheartly to fitness and nutrition. I'm so proud of myself. I have always enjoyed working out but never made it a daily routine in my life. What a difference that makes! I have grown a lot this year. I lost 17 pounds which doesn't seem like much but I didn't have a huge amount to lose. I'm stronger and so much wiser about fitness and nutrition. I challenge anyone who really thinks that they just can't lose those ...

My Goals:
Completed my first 5K in Aug this has been a goal of mine I'm not a natural runner so this is tough for me. I would love to finish a 5K in under 25 minutes.

My Program:
I'm currently doing the BFL program. I'm in a group of about 15 other girls and it helps keep me motivated. I hope to lower my BF% and get toned for summer!!

Personal Information:
I'm 36 married mother of 2 and just want to get my health and body back to what it used to be. Before I started this program back in Feb I really didn't think that I could do it but I'm focused and just trying to keep everything going.

Good job on your ratios. I veared a little from my plan but pretty much got the 50/30/20. Here's to another day of great ratios! So do you have someone watching you? How do you know? Hope everything is okay. I ma dealing with a little bit of that on email. It all started with facebook which I closed out about 4 months ago. Just got an email message from him. Weird.

Hey there. Thanks for your comment on my blog. OH and the ab pic....I was nearing the end of the p90x program. I can pull off a 4-6pack now but it's still fluffy not like that pic. How are your workouts going? Was just thinking of you today. I switched up my workouts and have a whole new bunch of exercises for the muscle gorups and boy was it a killer. I have to adjust my wts cause I have no clue what I was thinking. Must think I'm stronger than I am.LOL.

Hey there. I replied to your question on my blog but i'll reply here as well. I usually don't get sore until hte next day but mostly the second day. I did that owrkout Monday and my butt was a bit sore Tues and Wed. I started to feel it in my quads. It wasn't bad just a little sore.
