Fit for life!!!

So tomorrow Feb 21st will mark my 1st anniversary of committing myself wholeheartly to fitness and nutrition. I'm so proud of myself. I have always enjoyed working out but never made it a daily routine in my life. What a difference that makes! I have grown a lot this year. I lost 17 pounds which doesn't seem like much but I didn't have a huge amount to lose. I'm stronger and so much wiser about fitness and nutrition. I challenge anyone who really thinks that they just can't lose those ...

My Goals:
Completed my first 5K in Aug this has been a goal of mine I'm not a natural runner so this is tough for me. I would love to finish a 5K in under 25 minutes.

My Program:
I'm currently doing the BFL program. I'm in a group of about 15 other girls and it helps keep me motivated. I hope to lower my BF% and get toned for summer!!

Personal Information:
I'm 36 married mother of 2 and just want to get my health and body back to what it used to be. Before I started this program back in Feb I really didn't think that I could do it but I'm focused and just trying to keep everything going.

Great to see you at 110! I went up from 115 to 134.5 from June-Dec. 2011. I had a neck injury. It happens so fast. So I'm back down to 127, losing 1.5 pounds per week. I hope to get to 110 this time and stay there!!!!!!!! Great to see that YOU are doing it!

THAT'S AWESOME!!!! You will be GREAT at it and a wonderful motivating force to the industry!!!!!!!! You have to blog on your journey so I can keep up with how you do with all of your studies.

Things are going great here. Busy as usual. I'm REALLY getting focused on getting my last 10-15 (preferrably) pounds off, so I'm dedicating myself TOTALLY to clean eating..Tosca's new book Getting Stripped. It does help that DH is trying to put on some muscle mass, so he is happily eating all foods that I am preparing. Makes it much easier on me.

As far as certifications go, I am working on my TRX certification. I bought the equipment a few weeks ago. When I get back from my latest trip getting my Dad settled in his new home, I am going to be working feverishly to get that one under my belt. CAN'T WAIT! I'll also go to the Dallas Mania in August to earn more CE's and also see what other certifications I can pick up while there.

That's my life...work, family, soccer, CLEAN EATING, and SPARKING emoticon . What else is knew with you?

I'm good. I feel like I'm on an upswing and doing things right with exercise and nutrition. I struggled for a bit. I have 10 pounds to lose, but I always exercise more in summer. I have to keep my mometum through the winter next time around! I just love the profile photo of you in your little brown summer dress in Hawaii.
