Back in the right direction...
I am busy, overwhelmed, adoptive mother of 2 wonderful girls who have rocked my world more than I knew possible. Before they came to us, I had refocused my priorities in the midst of crazy long residency work hours started getting back in shape, lost weight, and was running half marathons (slowly - but doing it). Between a stressful job, crazy life circumstances, and the demands of motherhood - all that weight came back - and then some. I thought I had said goodbye forever to 180 - ...
I am busy, overwhelmed, adoptive mother of 2 wonderful girls who have rocked my world more than I knew possible. Before they came to us, I had refocused my priorities in the midst of crazy long residency work hours started getting back in shape, lost weight, and was running half marathons (slowly - but doing it). Between a stressful job, crazy life circumstances, and the demands of motherhood - all that weight came back - and then some. I thought I had said goodbye forever to 180 - unfortunately I said goodbye again in the wrong direction - and hello to 190 - and 200. Which is when I finally realized this was a "growing" problem. So, here I am, anxious to say hello and then goodbye again to the 180s - and continue on my journey of reclaiming my health and fitness - really a huge requirement to maintaining my sanity.
