I go to the gym and my goal is to burn 3,000 calories a week. I don't consider myself on a diet but I eat healthy meals every 4 hours if I can. I'm a vegetarian/ pescatarian and its been 3 years now.
OMG! I cant believe you are still on here... cool! Yea.. i just started the whole gym thing last week... but i really am going to try and stick to 6 days a week.. and it sucks getting up early but my schedule is unpredictable every other time and if i dont do it in the morning, ill make excuses not to do it at all. Good luck!! How are you doing with everything? Do you have any tips you can give me? I know you lost SO much!
hey, i have been on and off sparkpeople too. I am doing good. I am really motivated for summer. I am trying really hard to eat good and exercise. How about you?? you were gone for a while! how was your year at school??? i bet you are glad summer is here( even if you are taking classes) its still summer.
