Seeing as I have almost no muscle mass, all that weight is fat. So it's got to go.
It'd be neat to be light enough for people to lift easily.
Oh, and I want a bum small enough to fit a 16" wheelchair cushion.
First target is 85kg for my next dietician weigh-in.
On account of being rather disablified it's diet all the way, babay.
I can't use standard scales as I cannot stand up, so I am weighed by a visiting dietician's assistant every few months. This means I'm mostly relying on measuring various podgy bits of me to see if they've got smaller.
I'm musical but no longer a musician, severely physically impaired and living independently with 24-hour personal care support. I like cooking 'by proxy' (I find the recipe and the ingredients...)
I'm a wheelchair user and 'technology dependent', partially tube-fed and functionally quadriplegic: I have very little functional movement in my arms and legs. I'm a butch dyke and I like cats. So there.
Howdy! Hey, ages ago you left a comment my Mandelkuchen recipe that said you doubted that I could get 30 servings. I just wanted you to know, that I made the recipe, tried to cut it in 1 inch squares, failed, and was left with 30 pieces. That's how I got the number that I put in the recipe calculator. :) I hope you have tried the recipe. Even cut into super small pieces, this is decadent and just a piece of heaven with a cup of coffee.
