    I will admit it, your making me look bad. I rode my stationary bike( ended up in the same spot I started, LOL) for 36 minutes( 9 miles) and then did my total gym workout for 26 minutes, sit-ups with band, and then I did the crunches. I only got 50 in a row. I sweated off 3 pounds, but i'll put that back on with water. But geez, 100 of them, ouch! I Expect 101 next time! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    As soon as I saw your question I layed down and did crunches till I maxed out at 100. Main my muscles hurt a bit afterward, and feel a bit warmer. emoticon

    I'm planning to get in 100 crunches today. Not sure I can do more than that with out a pause in between. I've gotten 230 in before, but not all at the same time, just on the same day. emoticon
