Below are the small steps I want to make to achieve my ultimate goal of 130-135 lbs


Personal Information:
Im 5'5" and started my dieting journey at 171 (my highest weight ever being 180). Im working on not only loosing weight but on becoming healthier in general. My toughest goal right now is giving up soda- I was drinking at least 20 oz a day and I want to get that down to what Im drinking a week.

I had comet goldfish for a few years, but their tank was way too small... they take a lot of maintenance in a little tank. :(

I've tried slowly stepping back on the soda and just going cold turkey and have found that for me going cold turkey works better. But I've also found that if I lose the mental battle and have one then I struggle with saying no the rest of the week or day.

Stupid soda LOL

Finish the week strong and enjoy that soda you get as your reward!

hank you for the comment on my blog. Yeah I plan out my meals every morning before going to work. Everything that goes into my body get put in there. I'm still learning how to eat maybe a little less in cal and give myself a treat once in a while. I will figure it out though.
