My Goals:
To lose 50 pound minimum in a year by incorporating a Lifestyle change.
My Program:
Two 30 Minute work-outs to include a mix of Balance Ball, Weights, light Cardio, Yoga and stretch. Eat enough food to lose weight and drink 8 glasses water daily. Not eat after 6pm
Personal Information:
I love love seafood, fresh fruits, raw foods - now to buy them and eat them !!! I garden actively and grow many of mine own herbs and veggies.
