Thank you so much for your e-mail! I cried reading it. There was never a time when I believed I could ever inspire or help anyone, and now people are telling me that things I've said have helped them. I feel honored that people even read my blogs. Blogging really helps me when I am trying to sort out my feelings. Instead of running to the fridge, like I used to, I blog or walk or do something to keep myself busy when I am facing a problem. Using food to numb whatever is wrong is such a common thing, and I know I did that a lot and still do at times, although nowhere near the level I used to. Keep on going, be proud of your progress and believe in yourself and you will get to where you want to be.
