I have been on the weight roller coaster for too many years to count, of course I tell everyone one that I'm 29 so it should be easy, huh? I know what I should do, it's just the doing that gets all flubbed up.

Spark has really helped me get on track. My friend at work doesn't know it, but she may have just saved my sanity by telling me about this site. I could usually go a few months with watching what I eat and exercising, then it would lose its appeal. With Spark I now know what I've been doing wrong. I shouldn't look at exercise as a chore, it should be fun and keep me interested. I love to go for a walk and listen to the sounds arond me, I look forward to getting up in the morning and doing my leg lifts and arm exercises before work, going up and down the stairs endless times during the day isn't a challenge anymore, this is all thanks to my new outlook on things, thanks to Spark.

I have made such good friends on my different teams, friends that encourage, give advice, share great stories, and make me laugh, I wouldn't trade the experience for the world. When I'm feeling down, a few minutes on the computer " talking" and my spirts are lifted, when I have something great happen, words of praise are greatly appreciated, and when I just need to talk, there is someone always there to listen. People that are going through the same things I am going through, who are not judgemental, was just what I needed to help me change my whole outlook on living healthier. For this I also want to thank Spark!

My journey is not yet complete, but with the help of all the great opportunities available to me on Spark, I know I'll reach my goals!

My Goals:
I originally had that I wanted to lose at least 50LBS. Well I am proud to say that I have now passed that and am working on losing at least 100lbs. I still want to look good standing next to my gorgeous daughter, and I still want my Hubby to be jealous of me, but now they have to do it with me being smaller! I want to keep working on my exercising and losing the inches as well as the weight. Most of all, I want to be happy with who I see in the mirror.

My Program:
I'm not snacking at work anymore, I'm watching what I eat, and eating healthier and I am exercising in the morning before work, I would like to get enough energy to exercise after work too.

Personal Information:
I'm 38 and from PA. I'm married with 2 beautiful kids. I like to knit, quilt, sew and make homemade gifts for friends and family.

Other Information:
I am a big Stephen King fan and love to talk about his books. Actually, I love to talk about everything, I guess you could say I have the gift of gab! I enjoy going to my kids sporting events even if I have no idea what is going on.
