I've decided to be happy because it's better for my health!

I need to learn to listen to my body, eat when I am really hungry, and not eat for emotional reasons.

My goals for now are modest: 5 cups of water (I know, I need to work my way up to 8 at least), 6 hours of sleep, 3 fruits, 2 vegetables a day, exercise of some sort every day.
