JUST LIVE IT.
My journey continues despite it's ups and downs, stops and starts. I will never give up. MY MOST IMPORTANT GOAL: I will be an example of good health to my grandchildren by taking good care of myself including healthy eating, aspiring to a healthy weight, reasonable fitness, and a balanced life mentally, physically and spiritually. I will be known by them as a Nana who has enough energy to have wonderful adventures not only for them...but WITH them! ...

I have been married to my best friend for over 30 years and am enjoying my grown children and my grandson!
Other Information:
I am so blessed to have a trainer who is now one of my dearest friends. Thank You CK for helping me in SO many ways that are beyond the scale.
