Making Time for Me

2-5-11: 166.8
Re-committing to working out regularly and being more careful about portion control. I'm feeling uncomfortable in my body with this extra weight and I need to make a change. I graduate from pharmacy school May 13th, and I'd like to be feeling good about my body and be around 150lbs by that time. I also have my 10 year high school reuinon in June, and by then I'd like to be about 145lbs.

~Learn to love and appreciate my body through good food and activity
~Lose 20 pounds over the next few months

~Go "shopping" in my own closet for the smaller sizes I used to wear




My Program:
~Couch 2 5K - repeating each week twice (once at level, once on incline)
~Cooking at home 6 nights/week using Spark Recipes

Wisconsin girl that loves her husband, puppy (yes, he'll always be a puppy), and horses. Working toward a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2011.

Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still.
