I am so glad that I found SparkPeople, because I have finally admitted to myself that I need help and support during my weight loss journey. I think that being accountable to someone other than myself will really help me. I have several health problems that are all connected to being overweight, and I have decided that I am "sick and tired of being sick and tired" !!!!

My Goals:
I have set my initial weight loss goal at just 20 lbs. because I dont't want to be overwhelmed by how much I really have to lose ! When I reach that goal, then I will set a more long time goal.
Get 8 hrs. sleep per day.
Save $1 per day.
Drink 8 cups of water daily. ( This is going to be hard ! May have to revise to 6 cups.
Track calories per day.
Maximum- 1500-
1550/day.
Exercise 30 minutes daily.
Meet the daily Team Goals.
