Life Changes

I joined sparkpeople when I was 29 years old. I have been battling my weight for the last five years and losing the battle. After months of trying and quiting I'm making a vow to myself that I'll make this permanent lifestyle change.

Hey everyone! I'm back! What a journey! I am now 32 years old. Surprisingly I have made a complete commitment to myself. Not only have I made changes in my life but I've started school and and hoping to graduate May 2013 if I have time to fit in all my classes with work.

I have had battles with my health and continue to never give up on myself. Lately I have recommitted to the Lifestyle change that promotes healthy living.

I can't wait to see the healthy me again!

My Goals:
To feel healthy physically and mentally and to be active. I want to walk a 5K. I want to be satisfied with how I look in my clothes.

My Program:
To start small. Exercise consistantly for fifteen minutes daily and increase to more time. Then exercise 3x a week for fourty minutes and switch up my routine so my body won't hit a weightloss rut for too long.

Other Information:
I love reading mostly fiction and music is a passion. I love learning about different cultures and meeting different people.

I just wanted to swing by and see how you are doing! I would love to see you around the Endurance Team! We have our new challenge going to eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day and we could definitely use your help!

We are lagging and in 4th place (out of five). I know our team can do better!
