I'm 52 years old, and much of the past 11 years have been spent helping our special needs son live his life to the fullest. Finally realizing that I need to take care of me so I can continue to take care of him. Looking to increase my energy levels and overall health through exercise and healthy food choices.

My Goals:
1st Goal - lose first 10 pounds by 3/31/10. 2nd Goal - keep weight at 135 pounds for three months - 6/30/10. 3rd Goal - lose another 10 pounds by 12/31/10. 4th Goal - keep weight at 125 pounds for six months - 6/30/11. 5th Goal - lose last 5 pounds by 12/31/11. 6th Goal - keep weight at 120 pounds for one year - 12/31/12.
My Program:
Track everything I eat on the Nutrition Tracker. Stay under 1600 calories per day. Exercise at least 120 minutes per week. Begin C25K to add weigth bearing exercise to my program. Drink 8 cups of water per day.
