Using SP calorie tracker And a Fitbit activity tracker. For exercise-at minimum 10 minutes/day of either hand weights, walking, Pilates, recumbent bike.
I live in Southern Oklahoma. I have been overweight by 40 plus lbs most of my adult life. The most I have weighed is 211... This last year I weighed 160 for my 45th Class Reunion in Texas. I weigh 175 as of today, 9-29-13.
I have 2 grown sons and 2 grandsons ! I take care of my mother. I think sometimes mother helps me more than I help her. I am blessed.
Thanks hon, I'm doing quite alright. I am considering going and having myself checked out if it doesn't ease up within the week now. I know a fall like that takes time to heal and get over so I'll give it that (2 weeks) and if it's staying the same I'll have myself checked out for internal bruising etc. Right now the Aleve and Advil are keeping me from feeling any soreness or discomfort so that I can get through my work day.
Thanks for reading my blog...we DO have to eat and well, we love to eat too...at least when we can eat things that are tasty and beautiful. If we can learn to really savor the good things, we won't be drawn to just fill our tummies with "stuff" that really isn't that good. Right?
