My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy and for me to do that would be to lose weight. Even if lose a little it's better than none.
My Program:
I'm tracking my fitness minutes and my food. It helps so that I can see if I'm eating the right foods and the right amounts.
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in California. Lived back east a couple years as a child. Married with 3 children and 1 grand child.
Other Information:
Lost weight before on another program but didn't get the support I thought I would get. Mostly negative if you didn't loose enough weight to suit them.
