Well, I am back after 6 months. The WW meeting place where I attending closed and the other one is too far and is inaccessible for me to attend. I used that as an excuse to stop the WW plan instead of just stopping going to meetings. The good news is that during that 6 months, I only gained 2 pounds, so I must have learned something. I joined WW online and am going to try to be more active on Spark. There are 40 very stubborn pounds that I am taking battle with. I will win this war.

My Goals:
I hope to lose about 50 pounds. I am heavier now than I have ever been. I am not able to excecise much except for water exercise so will need to do this by diet alone.

My Program:
I hope to get the help and encouragement from Spark People to help me on this path. My main goal is to log all of my food each day. That keeps me more honest than anything else.

I have been married to the same wonderful man for 49 years and have one fantastic daughter and granddaughter.
