Bobbie Jo's Weight loss
I am a stay at home mother of 6 children(5living). I enjoy scrapbooking, baking cakes, and spending time with my children.
I have been over weight most of my life and I have chosen to begin my weight loss. I am afraid of mirrors and I really do not like to take pictures. I do realize that in order to preserve my memories I must be in some of the pictures. I want to be able to look in the mirror and to like what I am looking at. I decided to write a short poem on weight loss. I hope ...

Weight Loss
Weight loss would be great
if it happened in a day.
Weight loss would be grand
if it went on it's way.
Weight Loss is new for those
who choose to do it.
Weight Loss is old for those
who never go threw with it.
Weight Loss is our enemy
and it is also our friend.
Weight Loss is a true measurement
that is with us until the very end.

I am trying to exercise everyday in one way or another. I am making sure to get all the water I need in each day. I am also trying to eat healthier.
