Starting Again & Again & Again Until Something Works!

Update:

In January 2014, I weighed in at 300 pounds. Last year, I was at my all time highest at 308lbs. Now its November and I'm 252.6. I finally found something that works. It's not motivation, or a pill or willpower. It's simply cause and effect and accountability.
As of today, 11.08.2014, I quit smoking cigarettes. I feel optimistic!

Short term Goals:

Exercise mins./ Daily Streak

1. 15 mins. / 3 days
2. 20 mins. / 2 days
3. 15 mins. / 5 days
4. 20 mins. / 4 days
5. 15 mins. / 7 days
6. 20 mins. / 6 days

(There, that should keep me busy for about a month)




I never wanted to dig into diet after diet after diet because of the weariness it can cause. So I decided to slow down, back up and do some research. I finally found this site and I'm excited about change again! Please message me if you live in Montgomery County, Maryland and are willing to be my Buddy. We can not do this alone!
