Just For Today.....

4/1/13 - OK, I found my motivation....staying off insulin!!! Had my A1c done recently, and it was sky high. It's not surprising since I hadn't been doing anything about it...but had my doc appt and she wanted me on insulin 4x/day...I'm like NOT!!! There are oral medicines that can be used/tried first...she just wanted to get back to where I was before I got ticked off w/my insurance plan for wanting me to buy yet ANOTHER accucheck machine so they could raise my bill to $100/mo for the ...

I think NOT! Anyway, we have met a compromise so I have the next quarter to get things together or else....sounds like a good motivator to me!!!


I can do anything...just for today! That's my motto! It used to be...."Tomorrow....I'll Do It Tomorrow!" But as we all know, tomorrow never comes! It's another new beginning in this journey I call my life....

Okay, well..we all know that's a bunch of bull or else I would be on here regularly! I need to find motivation to deny myself the things that I like...

Decided to see how you are doing. Are your health problems improving? I'm on the mend. I have been getting outside a lot and doing some gardening and it seems to help me. I'm fat and out of shape but have to start somewhere.
