Just getting started. I have 24 lbs to go! I'm active but I need to eat right. My weight yoyo's in a 20 lb swing. I'm tired of the yoyo's and ready to change my lifestyle. Wish me luck!

My Goals:
I want to lose 24 lbs and stay there.

My Program:
Treadmill 6 days a week (at least 2 miles) and kenpo karate at least 2 days a week. Stay between 1200-1500 calories a day
