Well I am in week 3 of the program. I have lost 5lbs in first 2 weeks. I weigh myself again next Tuesday. I havent done my new measurements yet I will do that Tuesday too. But I can guess I have loss inches by the way my clothes fit now. Yay!!!
I feel energized and stronger in each workout!
I understand not being able to fit in workouts in the day. My 1 yr old is a time stealer - I love it. :) But I would go outside and we go to playground or take a long walk. I see that you jogged the other day. How did it go? 1976 days ago
