One pound at a time! I have chose to live a healthier lifestyle which includes exercising regulary, eating the right food porportions, and cuting out the fried and junk foods from my diet! My goal is to be at a healthy weight and have a active life! I do believe being fit and losing weight is something that you really have to want and go for it, no matter the cost. I know this won't be easy but I will not give up! Since starting this sedetary/stressful job back in January of 2013 with the government I have gained about 20 pounds back, I have come to far to go back!!

My goal is to be back to 160 by 12/31/15. One pound at a time! Setting small goals in increments has been successful for me!

My Program:
The number 1 thing I learned is to stop overeating and to eat the correct portion sizes. Leave the fastfood alone period...its not good for you. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables instead of junk food. No soda, lots of water. I try not to eat after 6pm as well. Last, but not least exercise, exercise, excercise its very important in losing weight! I try to walk/run 6 miles a week. At home I was doing Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper, Biggest Loser, dvds! and just recently joined the gym on 12/20/11 and I love it!! At my gym they offer classes & the ones I love are Zumba, Boot camp, Spinning, Aqua fit, just to name a few!!

    emoticon In case you are wondering…shortly after the beginning of 2012 I made a commitment to myself to check in on Spark Friends at least once a week…it may be a goodie, or a comment on your page, blog, or feed. I try to make it more than just liking a comment. While any reciprocation of support is greatly appreciated please do not feel pressure. I just decided that it is the quality of the friendships in my life not the quantity that makes me so blessed. emoticon

    emoticon This being said, I have decided that the week after Easter I will be releasing friends who are no longer active on SP, I am setting the arbitrary level at 90 days inactivity. If you return to SP after that time I would love for you to add me back. It is not a decision to reject people it is a time management decision. emoticon
