Nothing to it but to do it!
One pound at a time! I'm have chose to live a healthier lifestyle which includes exercising regulary, eating the right food porportions, and cuting out the fried and junk foods from my diet! My goal is to be at a healthy weight and have a active life! I do believe being fit and losing weight is something that you really have to want and go for it, no matter the cost. I know this won't be easy but I will not give up!

My Goals:
My goal is to drop to 170 by next year 2/14/12! One pound at a time! Setting small goals in increments has been successful for me! My Program:
The number 1 thing I learned is to stop overeating and to eat the correct portion sizes. Leave the fastfood alone period...its not good for you. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables instead of junk food. No soda, lots of water. I try not to eat after 6pm as well. Last, but not least exercise, exercise, excercise its very important in losing weight! I try to walk/run 6 miles a week. At home I was doing Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper, Biggest Loser, dvds! and just recently joined the gym on 12/20/11 and I love it!! At my gym they offer classes & the ones I love are Zumba, Boot camp, Spinning, Aqua fit, just to name a few!!
