Golfing Gal in Va

I am 43, mom, wife, and work full-time. I used to run 30+ miles per week, and now will be happy with 10. I signed up for a triathlon in August in hopes of keeping with my workout routine. I am working on eating better particularly when stressed at work. I also hope to get back in shape for my women's golf league - build my strength to hit the ball farther.

WEll, have looked at the organic section and so I think they don't sell NO PUdge brownies in Canada...too bad.. I love brownies.. will simply have to switch over to the skinny cow fudsicles to feed my love of chocolate and keep myself on track.

How are you doing? I'm back at it .. a new start... getting good at beginning.. need to work harder at staying power...

Thanks for your advice... I haven't been able to find pudge brownies (I love brownies!) but had not thought of sugar free, fat free pudding. Will try it.
