Super-Busy Mom Down Under

Hi everyone! I've gained 50 pounds with the birth of my daughter and two intercontinental moves in the past years. We're now in Australia for at least a few years, and I'm very disappointed and unhappy with my weight. I love being active and I love eating healthy. I really want to get back to my normal weight and be able to focus on living a healthy life.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. To answer your question:

One of the great things about Spark Coach is the daily accountability. It has really helped with my consistency and motivation. There are five tasks each day but they don't take long--only about 10-15 minutes. I do them each morning and it sets the tone for my day.

Today's program was about eating on the clock and it really resonated with me, thus the blog.

I highly recommend Spark Coach. You can try it free for a week! I finished the plateau buster program and indeed, busted through a plateau! I am currently doing the motivation program--you choose what you need.
