This year we will re-build this woman.........
I have tried a few times to lose my post-baby weight, staying motivated is a key thing for me. Stopping yo-yoing but being healthy and fit not just slim. Trying to see this as about more than a short term goal.This is about making a permanent life-style change. This is something I am doing for MYSELF and not for others.
