My Goals:
To keep healthy and maintain my goal weight. I also need to keep up my muscle tone. I have started Zumba, Jazzercise, and Kickboxing to maintain that goal. I am afraid of being a flabby 50!

My Program:
I exercise: Tuesday is Kettlebell, Wednesday is Jazzercise, and Thursday is Yoga. I try and watch what I eat; the types of food as well as the portion.

Personal Information:
I live in the Detroit area and love it. There's nothing like having 4 seasons with water and snow. I can look out of my office window and see Windsor, Ontario (Canada)!

Other Information:
I'm a science geek.
