To Infinity and Beyond

Weight has always been a struggle in my (short) life. Between studying to be a dentist, working, and planning a wedding I gained a lot of weight, reaching 150 lbs at my high. With my upcoming wedding, I'm hoping to get in shape for the big day, and be able to rock a bikini on the honeymoon. But more importantly, I want to be healthy to make sure I'm well for my husband, so we may have many years together and be healthy for our future children.

My Program:
I am trying to eat 20% below my TDEE and incorporate as many fruits and vegetables as possible!

Right now I'm doing online videos, primarily from benderfitness.com. On Jan. 3rd, I am starting to incorporate heavy lifting. I'm told it's the best way to get body fat down.

I make it a priority to eat when I'm hungry and sleep when I'm tired. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet!
