Everyday is a chance to build momentum or to slack.

I am 25 years old about to walk into the next huge adventure of my life. I will be graduating in August then moving cross country to a unknown location...that depends on my next employeer! I have had a rough year, God is sure testing me so I know that something great is in store. I love being active. My new found hobby of cycling has captured my heart. :) I absolutely love it. Even tho i am quite active i have a tendency to overeat. Which is why im back here. I must lose 25lbs. Would ...

My Goals:
I need to lose at least twenty five pounds to be within my healthy BMI range. I also want to be able to complete a triathlon. (doing that 6/7/09 yippee!!!)

My Program:
I am watching my caloric intake and doing lots of biking, swimming, and kickboxing!!!


Personal Information:
I am from a little town in Arkansas and have been "chunky" all my life. Two years ago I lost 30lbs and plateued. I pretty much stayed consist but this last six months I begin to put on weight one pound at time. I want to lose back that ten pounds that I gained back, plus 10-15 more placing me in a more healthier weight range.

Other Information:
I love to read, hang out at the gym (which doesn't always include exercising!), I love the water, going to the lake, scuba diving, water skiing, jet skis, you name it!

I set some firmer goals for myself and posted them on my page. I think that will really help with my motivation!

Do you plan on logging nutrition everyday? I think it's gonna be key to success. My goal is to log it, even on the weekend (which I hate doing!).

We can also be accountable thru this... argh. :) Share your food tracker.
