Binny's goals and achievements
Well here we go again. That is what I have thought the last few times I tried to lose weight. This time it is for ME. *I* dont like this person I've become. This is no longer about what anyone else thinks about me. This is what *I* think about me. I dont like being fat! I dont like being out of control and I REALLY dont like getting winded all the time. This is *it*. I need to be healthy. I need to feel good about myself. 9-2-07 The weight is finally coming off and I couldn't be ...
9-2-07 The weight is finally coming off and I couldn't be happier! I am fitting into clothes that I havent worn in years. I can actually shop in the NON Womens section! That was a huge boost to my self esteem.

My Goals:
To be healthy. To look and the mirror and say " not so bad" To actually like what I see there. To improve my attitude and get healthy. To do a total mind, body, and spirit makeover.
My Program:
I am keeping track of what I eat and reducing my stress. I am trying to get a full nights sleep every night. All of this helps my overall health and attutude.
Personal Information:
I live in Boise, Idaho with my husband and 3 wonderful kids. I own a travel agency, which I love! Travel is my passion and I love to help people so it seemed like the natural combination of both. I also work a few hours a week in the preschool at our church. My husband and I are on the youth staff there so I spend a lot of time there! We love being with the kids, the one there and the ones at home.
Other Information:
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. I am COMMITTED to becoming healthy There is no more trying or wishing.
