I have forced myself to accept that I have a huge lack of motivation that I need to overcome. Im starting small and intend to succeed this time.

My new Moto for this week ( begin sun 15 may 2011)
"If it aint clean it aint goin in"

Yep gotta turn this up a bit and see some results. Nothing processed or unclean (or as clean as I can get it) is going in, thats it, it has to stop here. I say it over and over and never do it. A new me is about to emerge. I want those tiny jeans (Australian size 12 not that small but for me it is. Im a reformed size 20 and im never going there again. from that to a 12 was devine. Im now a 16) on me again.

My Goals:
I want to lose the 30kg I have gained since I first became a Spark People member 2 years ago, yes I said GAINED 30kg's.


My Program:
I have committed to doing atleast 10 minutes of exercise perday. Im struggling with motivation ATM so Im working on overcoming that. Im also trying to eat clean foods.



Personal Information:
I am 31 years old and the proud mum to 4 gorgeous children. I am engaged to prince charming and I really do feel like a princess at times. I have gotten a little too comfortable with my life and as a result I have gained huge amounts of weight. I want to return to the shape and health I was when I first becamea member of this great site (see pics).


Other Information:
I own a domestic cleaning business but want to upgrade my business to help victims of crime and unforseen deaths (crime/trauma scene cleaning). Having lost loved ones recently I know how painful picking up the pieces can be and I understand that having soemone to help is invaluable to families in their time of need.

    Hi Binnie! Thanks for adding me as your friend. Hypothyroidism is a bear. It makes losing weight so much harder and a lot of people just don't understand. They think we're just being lazy. I know how tough the fight is, my friend. The trick is to keep yourself motivated to change your life. Don't focus on the wieght loss because you'll just drive yourself crazy. I ran into that problem a few times (I would get so upset after working so hard and end up GAINING!). Instead, stay focused on the things you're doing right. Give yourself credit for eating healthier or going on extra walks/runs. You'll start to notice improvements in your body visually which will increase your motivation.
