Yeah...I track everything, weigh in only once per week and then take my measurements once per month...I hope to get to the point where I am secure enough to not weigh myself anymore just go with the feel of my clothes...
And you are right eventually the hard work pays off...
I am really happy that I started measuring because I have in the past...and my wt loss has slowed in the last 2 weeks so this shows me that working out and following my path are working even when other numbers aren't dropping as drastically...
Did you get the job that you so drastically wanted?

Thanks for the encouragement...I just hate feeling so dragged out and tired...it just is not like me...so then I get spooked and worry that I am ill...so right now I am putting it down to weird Canadian weather...too much rain and not enough fun or sleep!
