Update: I am comfortably hovering around a pretty Healthy weight and i am more focused now on getting stronger, RTKD playing a huge part in this.
It took a long time to get here and sometimes i even forget how bad it really was as i cant imagine being that way again.
It great to help others with experience from my own journey but i never forget the journey is never over,

Update: Goals now Re-evaluated, new goal 62.1 which is the Perfect weight for my height (I Have a pretty standard body so definitely Achievable) with a BMI of 22.00, This is a very long term GOAL as I am now looking for a Re-shape of my body to look more athletic.

I joined Spark people last year to try and reach some goals I had set for myself 100 times before, My heaviest weight was around 86kg and since starting Rhee Taekwondo in February of 2011 I had gotten down to around 73kg... around September last year when I joined spark people I was fluctuating around 75kg and was stuck... mentally I could not put myself back on the wagon to keep going.. But many false starts later today I am around 69kg and pushing strong to that goal of 65kg... but I happy to say I am in the Healthy BMI range finally but it's still high... so I am pushing for closer to 23..
