Wow, those are some really great suggestions. Thanks! I have been thinking about doing one of those all liquid diets for a week to kind of shrink my stomach. I just feel like I need something to really push me to eat small portions, because I think that has a lot to do with my weight gain. I am hoping to lose 20-30 pounds in the next two months, but so far, I really haven't lost anything. 2377 days ago
