Need help staying positive

What made me this way (overweight & unhappy) is my depression. I know I need to be positive and happy for myself & I know what I need to do.... I need to get back to running. When I was running consistantly my life was really good. I was totally in control of my life & I liked the way I was. I was in touch with my inner self. Things just seemed to fall into place for me. My Goals:
My goals are to start running again consistently, lose at least 50 pounds by summers end, start biking again, start riding my horses again, saying my daily affirmations at least twice a day, build my Silpada business, make more friends, try to do at least one hunter pace with my daughter during the fall and start sleeping without the TV on :)

I'm from east coast & have 3 daughters, 4 horses, 4 dogs and 12 rats (yes, you heard that right)
