Getting in shape

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 15 to 20 pounds, feel good about the way I look, and be able to go into a clothing store and find things that look great on me.

My Program:
I am tracking what I'm eating and staying within my calorie range, working out at least 5 to 6 days a week and tracking that also. I enjoy classes at my local YMCA. And having a postive attitude!!!

Thanks for the comment on my blog about sweets. Keeping sweets I like out of the house is a must for me. My daughter likes oatmeal cookies (and I don't like them), so they are safe for me. I just gotta keep driving when going past Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins!!! P.S. Remarkable weight loss! Congrats!
