Getting Healthy

My name is Billie. I want to stick with a real plan this year to drop the pounds. My long term goal is a healthy BMI of 22. Right now, I'm almost at 28, and so I've got some work ahead of me. My plan is to get active, eat more fiber, and drink plenty of water. I've lost 3.5 pounds so far this year, and I am working to lose 7 more pounds by the end of next month. I am reviewing my goal board every day to remind me how much I really want to succeed. I appreciate your support and encouragement.
