Awaken your spirit to adventure;
Hold nothing back, learn to find ease in risk;
Soon you will be home in a new rhythm,

Hi Bill,
So happy to hear you are finishing out the week strong. I am horrible with acronyms and don't know what CHO stands for, so help this blonde lady out? Please! LOL!

Intermissions are good, helps us regroup our thoughts, get our batteries recharged, helps us to focus and grab our Superman capes. I think if Mother Nature can comply and bring up the temps a smidgen, we all will be invigorated to get outside and do more walking.

Today is our last cold day here in KS, and then Friday and Saturday, the temps are going to be in the 50's which is like t-shirt weather for us Mid-Westerners. Everyone will be out, because we all have a bad case of cabin fever.

Enjoy your Yoga class and your walk today! I am proud of you!

Warmly, Nancy

Hi Bill!
How are you doing this week? I can't believe it's out last week of the challenge, but I am going to come in strong. Made some changes to my diet decreasing carbs and increasing my protein and it seems to be helping out! That and more exercise and MORE water. Floating around at work, but getting in extra steps going to and fro!

Have a great day my friend!

Warmly, Nancy

Hey Bill,
You are welcome! I was laughing because after I got through with my response, it turned out longer than your post. Isn't there a bell that should ring that I've gone over my limit of characters? LOL. Glad to hear you are feeling better, that makes me HAPPY!

I was also HAPPY that you posted, because it helps us all learn from one another, and that's what this is all about!

Have a FANTASTIC week!

Warmly, Nancy
