Awaken your spirit to adventure;
Hold nothing back, learn to find ease in risk;

Thank you for thinking of me! Right after I wrote that, Vermont had a giant power outage from heavy snow on trees ... 100k people without electricity, which is a lot for our tiny state! Our neighborhood had four days without power. Needless to say, I was focusing on getting the wood in, keeping the place warm, keeping the pipes from freezing, etc. And all that caused me to get backed up in grading for the end of the term.

So: I'm kinda in catch up mode, but I'm amping my activity back up, aiming for 5-9 fruits and veggies a day, have started meditating again, and am going to finish this d**n grading so I can focus on SP and the Beck approach again.

I hope you are well and are anticipating the return of the sun!
Thanks gain for checking in.

Indeed, memories are filled with mixed emotions.I'm finally at a place where the sadness does not permeate my every breath… with the exception of that horrible day, I'm able to look back on all the years we had together with mostly joy.

Thanks for your kind words and prayers! It is truly a tragic situation, but I am confident the family and friends will find peace and comfort in God's arms. emoticon

Thought I would let you know my friend passed away last week. Thanks so much for your prayers. Please pray for her family. She was only 47. Her mother is battling cancer and her 20 year old daughter has aspergers.
