Awaken Your Spirit to Adventure...

Awaken your spirit to adventure;
Hold nothing back, learn to find ease in risk;
Soon you will be home in a new rhythm,
For your soul senses the world that awaits you.

Thank you for stopping by my blog, Bill and your words of wisdom.
I am listening, to my body and if it helps, I am doing modified exercises, with a few things.
Not in the mood for a knee pain, or aggravating my other sensitive areas.
Gardening, I have already gotten wiser over the past few years, by changing tasks often, taking breaks, finding shade when I have to, etc.
Now to remember all that next time I have to shovel snow! emoticon
It is so nice to have a nurse in my camp. emoticon

Thank you for your blessing on Nick and Jodi. They have been under so much stress, whether it is the good kind or bad, that I do worry about my Nick. He also suffers from anxiety/depression issues.
May this be a wonderful time for him and I know he has his big brother with him, all the way.

Hope Spring is being good for you and your wife and you both are enjoying the flowers popping open.
Have a terrific Tuesday!

Chris

Thinking of you and the early signs of Spring. Our first blooms have already faded and time is marching on in Virginia. My cranky lawn mower actually behaved yesterday and for now I am enjoying being able to mow again. Have a nice Sunday!
